Low on gas
Events in life can certainly halt our progress for a while, we go through a stage of processing and at the same time feeling the heavy emotions that are triggered by our thoughts. In these times I find it best to make a shift in lifestyle to a healthier one, this could be hitting the gym, kicking a bad habit, starting running or cycling and eating more natural foods. Difficult situations put us in a state of low vibration and unless we find a way to shift this back to a higher vibration we can find ourselves in a very dark place for an uncomfortable amount of time.
