I see you

Ever look at someone and notice how your perspective on them can change dependant on your current thoughts around them? For instance if you are madly in love and feeling a rush of warm fluffy emotions, you tend to focus on the good and just how amazing they are to you in that specific moment, almost as if they can do no wrong. Now flip that around and if you are triggered and carrying an angry or upset emotion towards them, your focus shifts and all you tend to see are the negatives and all that they are doing wrong. Life very much plays out according to how we perceive our current circumstances, what we think is what we attract and what we tend to bring into our lives. If we play victim and focus on how others always do us wrong then we see more of that, but if we shift our attention inwards and and start seeing and believing the good that exists within us, the good which is under our control, small miracles start to appear. Next time your lenses are covered in mist, take them off, give them a clean and look at things with a clear untainted view, this simple change of view may just bring on the change you have been seeking.
