I wanted to try my hand out at some real estate photography, this was my third attempt at the same scene on 3 different days. The high dynamic range between indoors and the harsh outdoor light made for some tricky editing. I had to layer 3 images, one correctly exposed, one underexposed and one over exposed. Even with this layer I struggled to get all the detail both indoors and outdoors. Eventually I figured I could mask the windows and door separately and expose them independently of the room. This enabled me to achieve a great exposure both indoors and outdoors. This was a tricky one but I had lots of fun figuring out some new things along the way.
