Getting Air

Isn’t that what life is about? It’s something we do almost unconsciously, breathing on autopilot yet when we bring our awareness to our breath, it can be one of the most grounding exercises we can do. Ever heard the term “just breathe”, it usually comes after an intense experience, imagine we could maintain consciousness and breathe through intense experiences, would it change the experience and our ability to respond when put into a space of fear or anxiety?
