Balancing on a bike proves challenging at first but once you have it dialled you’re good to go. Ever heard the term “Its like riding a bicycle”? Balancing life on the other hand is a never ending work in progress, many talk about a work/life balance but there are so many other areas too. According to Jon Butcher, author of life book, you need to have a healthy balance in 12 different categories to live a truly fulfilling life. Sounds like a lot to juggle right? However if you have a map laid out in front of you it becomes a lot easier and that is the power of setting intentions, creating a vision board and regularly checking in on that board to make sure you are on track. This way if one area is out of balance you are able check in, recalibrate and shift course.
