The Director

When you sit in his chair you have to wear his boots, make his calls and implement his strategies. A seat many strive to be in but it does come with its challenges. He is the final port of call when it comes to then most pressing issues, gets left with the toughest decisions and the brunt of the responsibility. Im not saying it’s a bad place to be, in fact it can be incredibly rewarding steering a ship in your intended direction, just make sure you are on the right ship.
