Birds nest

What a treat to be at eye level when these guys as they stopped for a break and some house keeping. Hadada’s are monogamous birds known for their loud call in flight or when startled, tourists traveling to Sub Saharan Africa for the first time may too be startled by the unusual call of these birds. I often find them in pairs around South Africa but on some occasions, there are larger flocks. I hope these two are not inspectors as their resting perch is certainly not to code.
